Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellation Policy

By the Customer:

  • Local Trips (within city limits):
    • Cancellation made 2 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time: 100% refund.
    • Cancellation made less than 2 hours before pick-up: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
    • No show at the pickup point without cancellation: No refund.
  • Outstation Trips / Long Haul Bookings:
    • Cancellation made 24 hours or more before scheduled departure: 100% refund.
    • Cancellation made within 24 hours: 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
    • No show or cancellation after dispatch: No refund.

By ezTruck Logistics: In rare situations such as vehicle breakdowns or unavailability, if ezTruck cancels a confirmed booking, a 100% refund will be processed, or an alternate arrangement will be offered at no additional cost.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For payments made via UPI/Wallets, the refund may reflect faster depending on your bank or provider.

3. Modifications to Bookings

Modifications (such as date, time, or vehicle type) are allowed up to:

  • 1 hour prior for local trips.
  • 12 hours prior for outstation trips.

Any fare difference will be charged or adjusted accordingly.

4. Deductions on Account of Misuse or False Bookings

ezTruck Logistics reserves the right to cancel and refund partially or in full, in case:

  • Incorrect booking details are provided.
  • The user is found violating terms of service.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
5. Special Circumstances

In cases such as natural disasters, strikes, curfews, or government restrictions, cancellation charges may be waived at the sole discretion of ezTruck management.
