1. Service Coverage
ezTruck Logistics provides commercial trucking and transportation services across:
- Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas
- All major cities of Odisha
- Selected routes in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, and West Bengal
We operate with full-sized trucks (e.g., Tata 407, Eicher, containers) for intra-city, inter-city, and outstation logistics.
2. Shipping Timeframes
- Local/City Deliveries:
- Pick-up within 2–4 hours of booking (based on availability)
- Delivery within same day
- Inter-City Deliveries:
- Pick-up within 12–24 hours (or scheduled date/time)
- Delivery typically within 1–3 working days depending on distance
- Outstation/Long Haul Deliveries:
- Pickup as per pre-scheduled time
- Delivery as committed during booking (usually within 2–7 days)
3. Shipping Charges
Rates are determined based on:
- Vehicle type
- Load weight/volume
- Distance
- Urgency level (Standard or Express)
All charges are clearly mentioned at the time of booking, with no hidden fees.
4. Goods Handling & Liability
Packaging Responsibility:
- The customer is responsible for proper packaging and labeling of goods.
- Fragile or perishable goods must be declared and appropriately packed.
Transit Insurance:
- Available on request at additional cost.
- ezTruck is not liable for damages due to improper packaging or force majeure events.
Driver & Vehicle Tracking:
- All shipments are tracked via our GPS-enabled fleet.
- Customers receive live updates and driver contact details upon dispatch.
5. Delivery Terms
- Door-to-Door Services: Available for most bookings.
- Unloading: To be arranged by the customer unless unloading labor is included in the booking.
6. Delays
ezTruck aims to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic disruptions
- Vehicle breakdowns
- Government-imposed restrictions
In such cases, customers will be notified proactively.
7. Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed to be shipped:
- Illegal substances
- Firearms and explosives
- Hazardous chemicals
- Live animals
- Currency, jewelry, or high-value personal items (without prior consent)
